Facility
The large EDM Resources facility was built from the ground up to provide a dedicated, efficient environment for EDM machining. The space is fully climate controlled, and organized with an eye toward careful and productive part manufacture and handling.

Applications of Wire EDM
Wire EDM can be applied toward a variety of different projects. By nature, the process is able to hold extremely tight tolerances (+/- .0001), but yet can be extremely cost effective for production runs. Complex shapes, tapers, tight radii, and difficult to machine materials are all great candidates for wire EDM.

Equipment
EDM Resources keeps on top of the latest advances in equipment. We are able to achieve some the fastest cutting speeds possible in the industry, and accomplish some of the most difficult cuts and setups. Our investment in technology enables this. Our equipment can handle parts up to 24" high, and tapers up to 45 degrees, and if needs require, customizations can be made to exceed those figures.
