Applications of Sinker EDM
Sinker EDM is a versatile machining method, that can perform jobs ranging from making holes, to sinking complex surfaces, all with the ability to hold very close tolerances.

Equipment
Keeping “ahead of the curve” in technology enables our sinker department to hold exacting tolerances, and produce fine finishes. Having a multitude of modern fully CNC sinker EDM machines lets us match the correct machine for the job. With our largest machine able to accommodate workpieces up to 48” x 34” x 18”, we can tackle very large parts, and fully utilizing our tool changing abilities on all of our equipment, we can effectively sink very involved burns quickly and competitively.
